Water and Well Testing
We provide 4 hour comprehensive well flow test to make sure the well is able to provide 5 gallons of water per minute at any time during the 4 hour well test. Additionally the well pressure is tested every 30 minutes during the 4 hour test. Well water sample are collected to test the water for any contaminates and to make sure the water is safe to drink.

Electric Usage Analysis

Analyze total and individual appliance power usage and provide recommendations for improvements. Analyze whole house power usage and pinpoint peak usage. Provide recommendations for power saving improvements. Includes infrared scan of electric distribution panels.

Video Inspection

Video inspections of blocked or damaged pipe systems, Video inspection of chimney and flue systems for cracks and damage, Video inspection of duct and building cavity for diagnostic purpose. Tracer locating block or obstruction. Complete reports with video or still photos of problem area.

Radon Testing

Perform electronic continues monitor radon testing for both short term (48 hrs.) and long term (90 days+) radon testing. With the continues radon monitor we are able to monitor several other environmental conditions to ensure the test was performed properly. The EPA recommended test protocol for proper radon testing is: close all exterior windows and door on all floors 12 hour prior to starting the radon test. Setup the radon test on the lowest livable area and run the test for a minimum of 48 hours. All doors and windows must remain closed during the 48 hour test. Going in and out of the house is acceptable as long as the door is only open for a short time.
